Founder/CEO: Page Ollice

Page Ollice started Sharper Steel as a private Economic Development group that focuses on a few high-impact, self-sustaining projects at a time.

 

He served in Marine Corps Intelligence as a Korean Linguist for the Radio Recon teams working in the Philippines, Australia, Korea, Thailand, and Japan. After completing his service, he consulted
for businesses to assist with turnarounds and succession planning in Hawaii.


His expertise is in business acquisitions, business development, operations refinement, technology implementation, team building, and project management. He has studied at universities around the world and is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Chief Operations Officer: Tony Hale

Tony A. Hale, Navajo, a consultant and business owner for over 13 years, brings great knowledge in the construction of business relations and execution.
 
Mr. Hale has spent years paving the path for native owned companies to become successful on and off the Great Navajo Nation.  Mr. Hale also works with many non-Native Owned companies to become trusted vendors to the Navajo Nation and other Indian Nations. 
 
Currently Mr. Hale is owner of 5 businesses, involved in the IT, construction, business consulting, Oil n Gas investments, and print/mail industries.  Mr. Hale is now working with other businesses to bring economic development to Indian Country across The United States.

Chief Technical Officer : Lawrence "Larry" Ollice

Larry Ollice has more than 30 years of experience in leading technical teams from small to very large multi-million-dollar engineering projects including greenfield and brownfield data center projects, pharmaceutical facility management projects, and submarine major shipyard overhauls.

Larry has served in various roles within the United States Navy, from Staff Operator to Chief Engineer and finally as a Commanding Officer. He was responsible for inspecting the Engineering and Operations Departments for compliance with regulatory requirements.

Chief Relationship Officer : Joe Garcia

Joe Garcia was born and raised in Ohkay Owingeh and continues to serve his community in traditional, educational, tribal government, and economic development efforts. 

Actively involved in NCAI since 1995, Joe Garcia served two, two-year terms as the 1st Vice President of NCAI prior to being elected President in November of 2005 and re-elected in 2007, thereby serving 2 terms as President.

Joe completed his 3rd term (Jan 2005- Dec 2006) as Governor of Ohkay Owingeh (San Juan Pueblo), located in northern New Mexico. After his term as Governor he was elected as Chairman of the All Indian Pueblo Council (AIPC), the organization which was formed in 1598 and serves the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico. He served as Chairman for 4 years (2007-2010).

Director of Marketing & PR : April Hale

April Hale is the Owner/President of A. Hale PR, Inc., a Native American/Diné (Navajo) woman-owned public relations company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
 
AHALE PR was incorporated in 2017, and since returning to New Mexico from 11 years working in Washington, DC, Ms. Hale continued to pursue the public relations and communications business within the heart of Indian Country.

• Over 12 years of experience in public relations, communications and advocacy.
• Seasoned communications and legislative work in Washington, DC with national tribal non-profit organizations and federal agencies.
• Worked for the National Congress of American Indians, National American Indian Housing Council, National Indian Health Board, Notah Begay III Foundation and the Indian Health Service.
• Citizen of the Diné (Navajo) Nation from Iyanbito, New Mexico. Maternal clan: Water’s Edge (Tábąąhá); Paternal clan: Salt (Ashįįhí); Maternal grandfather’s clan: Towering House (Kinyaa’áanii); Paternal grandfather’s clan: Bitter Water (Tó’dich’ii’níí).
